HOW WE WORK:

Our minimum timeline for cake orders is 3 days, depending on the cake design. Each cake you order has a timeline indicated.

Custom orders may require longer timelines.

Kindly note that all timelines exclude Sundays and Mondays. 

Orders can either be delivered via local delivery (40kms from Randburg, Johannesburg) or picked up from us.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Online orders are non-refundable as we begin preparations for the orders immediately due to the short timelines.

Custom orders cancelled less than 14 days won't be refunded their deposits.

Custom orders cancelled earlier than 14 days will be refunded their deposit less any expense already incured.
