HOW WE WORK:

Each cake you order has a timeline indicated. Kindly take note of the timeline. Each timeline is the minimum number of days that the order would require.

Custom orders may require longer timelines.

Kindly note that all timelines exclude Sundays. 

Orders can either be delivered via local delivery (40kms from Randburg, Johannesburg) or picked up from us.

Please use the date and time picker on the cart page to choose your delivery / pick up date and time.

You will be notified via email when you cake is ready. Please be on the look out for the email.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Online orders are non-refundable as we begin preparations for the orders immediately due to the short timelines.

Custom orders cancelled less than 14 days won't be refunded their deposits.

Custom orders cancelled earlier than 14 days will be refunded their deposit less any expense already incured.
