You will be notified via email when you order is ready to be delivered or picked up. Please be on the lookout for the email. 

Kindly choose your delivery or pick up method on the cart page and confirm it on the checkout page. 

LOCAL DELIVERY:

Local delivery is up to a 40km radius from Randburg, Johannesburg and delivery charge is calculated at checkout.

On the checkout page, kindly ensure that every necessary information to enter and exit your residential or office complex or any other delivery venue is provided in the additional delivery instructions text box on the checkout page.

We will not be liable for any inaccurate or insufficient information provided.

We use an external delivery service provider. Please note that the driver will not enter your building and will only wait outside in the car.

Kindly ensure that someone is available to come and receive your cake. If you will not be available in person, please provide the necessary contact details for who would be receiving the cake in the additional delivery instructions box on the checkout page.

If no one is available to receive the cake, the cake would be returned to Inspired Cakes and Client would be responsible for the payment of the delivery cost and extra return charges incurred.

All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

While we work with the delivery service to ensure a smooth delivery, we are not liable for events outside our control. Such as delays caused by delivery drivers, traffic, wrong or insufficient delivery details from client or force majeure.
