CANCELLATION / REFUND POLICY

Online orders are non-refundable as we begin preparations for the orders immediately due to the short timelines.

Custom order deposits less than 14 days are non-refundable 

Custom orders receive their deposits less any expenses already incurred if cancelled earlier than 14 days to the event. No refunds are made if cancellation is less than 14 days.
