Shipping policy

You will be notified via email when you order is ready to be delivered or picked up. Please be on the lookout for the email. 

Kindly choose your shipping method on the product page and confirm it on the checkout page. 

LOCAL DELIVERY:

Local delivery is up to a 40km radius from Randburg, Johannesburg and delivery charge is calculated at checkout.

On the checkout page, kindly ensure that every necessary information to enter into and exit out of your residential or office complex or any other delivery venue is provided in the delivery instructions text box.

We will not be liable for any inaccurate or insufficient information provided.

We use an external delivery service provider. Please note that the driver will not enter your building and will only wait outside in the car.

Kindly ensure that someone is available to come and receive your cake, if you will not be available. Please provide the necessary contact details for such person in the delivery instructions box.

We are not liable for delivery delays. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by delivery drivers, shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control.

Kindly note, that we do not have a physical store front

Kindly ensure that your cake is picked up within the time. Order confirmation email is required for pick up.

Local Delivery / Pickup Times:

Monday - Friday: 9am - 5pm

Saturdays & Public Holidays: 9am-12noon
