Terms and Conditions
- Participants’ spots are secured on a first come, first serve basis.
- Kindly note that your spot is confirmed only after payment has been received.
- After we have received your form, we will email your invoice. As payment reference, please use the same name as on your registration form.
- When a class or course is sold out, we will notify you and you are welcome to join our waiting list for the next class or course.
- If you are attending a one day class, full payment is required to secure your spot for the class.
- If you are attending a course, a 50% deposit confirms your spot in the course.
- The balance payment is required maximum 5 working days before the course starts. This will enable us prepare for each participant.
- Cancellations:
- For a one day class: If participant cancels less than 5 working days before course begins, the full payment made is forfeited.
- For a course: If participant cancels less than 5 working days before course begins, the deposit is forfeited.
- Participants are required to come with their aprons, a notebook and pen.
- Tea, coffee and light snacks will be provided, however please come with your own lunch.
